CE/UKCA Declaration of Conformity & radio test reports for FSC-BP106

Hi Feasycom team,

We are placing the FSC-BP106 beacon on the UK market (and potentially the EU) and need the conformity documentation to meet UKCA/CE radio-equipment requirements. Your FAE asked me to raise this request here.

Could you please provide, for the finished FSC-BP106 tag (not only the internal module):

The UKCA and/or EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC) for the FSC-BP106
The EN 300 328 test report (radio spectrum, 2.4 GHz)
The EN 301 489-1 / -17 test report (EMC)
The EN 62479 (or EN 62311) RF-exposure assessment, and EN 62368-1 safety report if available
Confirmation of whether these reports cover the complete FSC-BP106 product or only the internal module

If any of these are held under NDA, please advise the process to obtain them. These documents are required before we can legally place the product on the UK market.

All provided documents apply to the full finished FSC‑BP106 beacon (not only internal module), and no NDA is required for these files.

Hi Gavin,

Thank you very much for the documents you already sent - the radio, EMC, safety and health test reports, the AGC attestation, plus the battery SDS and UN38.3 summary are all received and very helpful.

To complete our importer compliance file for the UK market, could you please also provide the following, all for the finished FSC-BP106 as supplied (we resell it Feasycom-branded, only pre-configured with our iBeacon/Eddystone settings at your factory - so Feasycom remains the manufacturer and we act as the UK importer):

Feasycom's own signed EU and UK Declaration of Conformity for the FSC-BP106, issued and signed by Feasycom as the manufacturer (the AGC document is a test-lab attestation, not the manufacturer's DoC).
Feasycom's RoHS Declaration of Conformity (EN IEC 63000) for the FSC-BP106.
Confirmation that the product and/or packaging carries the UKCA and CE markings, and whether there is space for us to add our importer name and address.

Regarding the manufacturer-signed EU/UK Declaration of Conformity, RoHS Declaration of Conformity, and CE/UKCA marking and importer labeling requirements, please contact your Feasycom sales representative for further confirmation and document support.

These documents and commercial compliance details need to be confirmed by our relevant sales team.
