FSC-BP103B PIN code after resetting is not 000000?

Hi,
I'm using the FSC-BP103B beacon and the official app FeasyBeacon. It worked fine until I pressed "resetting device", the device name is changed to "103B-xxxx-xxxxxx" and I could not access to the settings. I've entered the default PIN 000000 but it always said "password failed". How could I find out the correct PIN or how to reset it again?

Same probleme here with the FSC-BP104E except that the name has changed to 104E-XXXX-XXXXXX after a device reset done from the FeasyBeacon android app. Last know version is V5.3.7 .

m4n This issue was a bug present in the old firmware version. It has been resolved in the new version（V5.5.2） and will no longer occur. Please refer to the following tutorial to address it:

I. Resolving the Issue of the Name Changing to "104E-XXXX-XXXX"

Step 1: First, download and install FeasyBlue.

Step 2: Send the AT command AT+CFG=1 via FeasyBlue. Refer to the manual: FeasyBlue — OTA AT Commands.

Step 3: Exit FeasyBlue.

II. Upgrading the Firmware

Download the attached firmware update file（The file needs to be unzipped before import） and FeasyBeacon.

Perform the firmware upgrade according to the manual. Refer to: FeasyBeacon User Guide — OTA Upgrade.

I have the same problem with the FSC-BP104D, except the name changed to 104D-XXXX-XXXXXX after restarting the device using the FeasyBeacon app for Android.

I followed the suggestions given to the previous user, but it didn't work; it's still the same.
