Leon The standard firmware of the FSC-BT1036 module only supports BLE Peripheral (Slave) mode, which allows it to be scanned and connected to by other master devices (like smartphones), but it cannot initiate connections to other BLE devices itself.
To actively connect to your BLE button, the module needs to operate in BLE Central (Master) mode. This requires flashing a different firmware version. Please note that after updating to the Central firmware, the module will lose its BLE Peripheral functionality and can no longer be connected to by other masters.
