OTA Update Error "0x003D" on FSC-BT1026C

Hello,
Im using the FSC-BT1026C and I have an issue with the OTA update:
the progress bar goes from 0% to 100%, but immediately after reaching 100% the app shows “Error code 0x003D error OEM validation failed footer (Ox003D)”, and the firmware is not applied.

I have tested the OTA update process on three different Android devices and versions, all with the same error.

Details:
Firmware custom provided by Feasycom
Custom PCB Board
Stable power supply

Could you help me understand what causes an error after 100% completion, and what settings or file format are required for the BT1026C?

The error code 0x003D (OEM validation failed footer) typically indicates that after the new firmware file was completely transferred and the module attempted to reboot into it, the new firmware failed its initial validation or startup sequence. This can sometimes relate to the firmware file itself, version compatibility, or specific configuration checks.

To help us investigate efficiently, could you kindly provide the following details:
1.Current Firmware Version: The exact version number running on your modules before the OTA attempt.
2.Target Firmware File: The name and/or version of the specific custom firmware file you are using for this update.
3.Mobile App Used: The name and version of the application you are using to perform the OTA update.

Current firmware Version : Generic Firmware for the BT1026C. Or a custom version I tried to update with the code error but seems to be working for some custom function... How can I read the Firmware version to check the current firmware version ?
Target firmware : Custom firmware from your team "BT1026C_Feasycom_20251209_APP_496_Updata.bin"
Mobile App used : FeasyOTA0.0.5.4-25-12-09_release.apk. Older Version : FeasyOTA 0.5.3_2024-07-09/ And FeasyOTA (another version without ID) ALL same error code 0x003D.

We have confirmed that the OTA error (0x003D) you encountered is related to a compatibility issue with the current version of the FeasyOTA application.

We are now scheduling an update to the application to resolve this issue. Once the updated version is released, we will notify you promptly.

To proceed with your firmware upgrade without delay, we recommend following the dedicated guidance and using the specific tool provided in the email previously sent to you by our FAE (yui.xie@feasycom.com). This remains the recommended method for completing your update at this time.

The last app send by your FAE is not working and the same error occurs... Do you have any ideas on how to get it working ?

XterragoalIM Since your firmware version is a customized build, I currently recommend that you first confirm the module's version by querying it with the command AT+VER, to check if the upgrade has already been completed.

Please then inform our FAE (Field Application Engineer) of the result via email. If the upgrade has not been completed, we will subsequently record an instructional video (and send it via email) based on your current version to assist you with the firmware update process.
