we have several of these modules but unfortunately not the documentation for how to use them.. They contain firmware Ver 5.0.0.BT616 and seems to be slave only.

Would be very helpful to get the AT commands it contains or when available an firmware update.

PE1DTN The attachment in the comment is the BT616 Module User Manual, which includes the complete AT command set as well as detailed configuration and operation instructions.
Regarding the firmware you enquired about:
BT616 Firmware version 5.0.0 is indeed a slave-only release, and it belongs to our well-tested and highly stable Ver 5.xx firmware series. We generally do not recommend upgrading this version unless you require specific new features — it has been specially optimized for reliability and performance in slave-mode application scenarios.

Dear FAE_Gavin, many thanks for the document and explanation, it helps a lot!

We have also the BT836B and this is working as expected, although we don't have the AT document either. Possible to get the manual for this module also? The version is "ER=8.0.5,FSC-BT836B".
