FSC-BP108B stops broadcasting

I have several beacons. Sometimes they stop broadcasting. To restore broadcasting, I have to remove and reinsert the battery several times. There are several beacons that I couldn't get to start broadcasting again.
What could be the problem?
Where can I find new firmware, if one exists?

Arunas_g Dear Sir,Please try the following steps to restore broadcasting:

Check hardware
- Open the case, gently adjust battery contacts if loose.
- Replace with a fresh CR3032 battery to rule out power exhaustion.
Describe your usage scenario
- Where and how are the beacons deployed? (e.g., outdoor, vibration, temperature)
- What are your current advertising interval and TX power settings? (Overly short intervals drain battery quickly.)
Collect device info via Feasybeacon App
- Use Feasybeacon App to scan and, if possible, connect to the beacon.
- Take screenshots of the firmware version and configuration.
