Issues with FSC-BT1036C and certain BT headphones

Hi. we have an existing product that is having specific issues with certain headphones.
AirPods – Pairing succeeds, but audio does not consistently route over A2DP.
JVC HA-A7T2 – Pairs successfully but does not route audio.
Mee Audio BT3 – Does not pair.

Tried 2.8.5, 2.8.6 and 2.8.7 to no avail . how can we troubleshoot this?

1. AirPods & JVC HA-A7T2 – paired but no audio
After connection, have you sent AT+AUDROUTE=1? This command routes A2DP audio to the headphones. If not, please try it and let us know the result.

2. Mee Audio BT3 – fails to pair
Please enable verbose logging before pairing: send AT+ECHO=2, then attempt to pair and capture the full UART log. Share the log with us for analysis.

3. Additional info needed

The exact firmware version strings (e.g., from AT+VER).
A brief description of your hardware setup (development board or custom PCB?).

Once we have the logs and details, we can dig deeper.
