Is it possible to configure the BP108B button press to be reported with a change in the advertising data? I mean, not only the advertising period, which in some cases may not be reliable, but a different adverstising data (counter, flag, ..)

Jjj The default BP108B firmware does not support changing advertising data upon button press，it only triggers standard iBeacon/Eddystone broadcasts.

If you need dynamic advertising content (e.g., counter, flag) when the button is pressed, this requires custom firmware development. Please contact Feasycom's sales team to discuss your requirements and explore customization options.
