FSC-BT1026D support for the HID HOST

Hello,
We are planning to use the FSC-BT1026D module in our new product for Bluetooth Audio, but we also need a
BLE channel to receive remote BLE HID control commands.
Currently, it seems the HID-HOST is unsupported (we cannot even set the required GATT Client attribute via AT+PROFILE, as BIT[2] always reverts to zero).
Would it be possible to customize the firmware to add HID-HOST profile support? If so, what are the estimated costs and lead times?

The standard firmware of FSC-BT1026D supports HID Device role only (acting as a HID server) , and does not include HID Host functionality by default. This is why the BIT[2] (GATT Client) in the AT+PROFILE command always reverts to zero – the feature is not implemented in the current firmware.

We do offer custom firmware development services, and it might be possible to add HID Host support to meet your requirements. However, this would need a technical feasibility assessment, and the development cost and lead time would depend on the complexity and your specific needs.
