The documentation says how to configure I2C using AT commands, but I couldn't find any information about which registers are available for reading/writing via I2C. I also wanted to know if it is possible to configure GPIO13,11,37 via I2C or AT commands.

mrior The I2C register read/write functionality you mentioned is mainly designed for specific application scenarios in BT1036C, it requires the module to act as an I2C master device working with external MCU's I2C slave.

Note:
The custom firmware uses GPIO 24 and GPIO 25 as I2C pins by default. It is not recommended to use other pins, as this will ensure the best compatibility when you use different Feasycom products.

Am I understanding correctly that it is not possible to control any of the GPIOs 2, 11, 13, 37 using AT commands?

I plan to use your module with another microcontroller, and the extra free pins are a great bonus.

I also wanted to clarify, your module can be used as I2S <> A2DP, as well as I2S > Headphone/speaker, right?

You are also talking about special firmware, is this just a commercial offer?

mrior You are absolutely correct in your understanding of the BT1036C module's audio functionality. The module can be used as I2S <> A2DP (bidirectional) and also as I2S > Headphone/Speaker (output).

Regarding your question about GPIO control, your understanding is also accurate. In the standard released firmware, it is not possible to control GPIOs 2, 11, 13, and 37 via AT commands.
